FORUM first, or the FAQ, you may be able to get your question answered there or see that it has already been answered.
The forum is monitored and replied to about once a day / 2 days. You will get a faster response via email.
Bug reports should only contain useful information and it should be detailed as you can make it. (not 'it doesn't work').
Attachments with output or code are welcome.
Please make sure you are using the latest version of FMOD. We don't support old versions, and our advice will probably be to upgrade to the latest version.
Important: If you hare having a problem with Visual Basic or Delphi and FMOD, please do not email support@fmod.org. FMOD includes these headers in the API but as they were submitted by third parties we don't offer any expert advice. You will find better help in the FMOD forum.
