Firelight Techonologies offers 3 channels for technical support. This are:

The forum should generally be your first point of contact for support. Your question may have already been previously answered, if not, your question will be answered promptly. The forum is monitored and replied to about once a day / 2 days. - Email
If you have a bug report, question or suggestion that you do not want to voice publicly then you can email Firelight Technologies support@fmod.org directly. - Wiki
The FMOD Wiki is intended to allow the FMOD community to collaborate and share resources in a more structured manner than possible in a forum. On the wiki is the place find technical papers, tutorials and examples.

When submitting a bug report, please ensure your report contains useful information for reproducing the error. The report should be as detailed as possible (not simply 'it doesn't work'). Email attachments with output or code are welcome.
Important: If you hare having a problem with Visual Basic or Delphi and FMOD, please do not email support@fmod.org. FMOD includes these headers in the API but as they were submitted by third parties therefore we do not offer any expert advice. You will find better help in the FMOD forum.
