Hello,

I’m having some slight problems getting the distance attenuation to function correctly. The sound appears to fade off far to quick.

Here’s some stuff I have set:

FSOUND_3D_SetDistanceFactor(10000);
FSOUND_3D_SetRolloffFactor(1);
FSOUND_Sample_SetMinMaxDistance ( m_pSample, 200, 1000 );

I’ve tried setting the min and max really high, but it appears to make no difference.

Sorry, I tried small numbers like 1 and 10, and the sound gets b0rked. It’s like ‘chimpmunks’ on a killing frenzy when I move. If I move then stop the sound goes back to normal but it still seems as though the sound is fading off too quickly.

So, now Im left with chimpmunk sounds when I move, and sounds still fading off too quickly.
