Hi all, i’ve been doing an music player based on FMOD libraries, but OGG files seem to stop with no reason… i’ve debugged hours and hours but i’ve not found the problem, so, i’m a little bit deseperated ๐Ÿ˜€

My question is… have you developed an app using FMOD libraries wich can play well(*) an OGG music? please tell me if yes or not ๐Ÿ˜›

(*) Well means: at least 2 or 3 songs continuously of 3-4 minutes each.

Yes, i’ve tried the sample programs, and the ogg songs are also stopped.
I use the same method for OGG than MP3 but reproducing MP3 files all goes allways well.

Probably are the OGG files that i use (some specific birthrate, VBR ยฟ?)? probably are my PPC (acer n11)? I don’t know. ๐Ÿ˜›

For loading files, i use:
[code:23y3di9o]
int pomod_Load (TCHAR fname[])
{
(...)
stream = FSOUND_Stream_Open(s, FSOUND_16BITS | FSOUND_SIGNED | FSOUND_STEREO | FSOUND_2D | FSOUND_LOOP_OFF, 0, 0);
if (!mod && !stream)
{
FMOD_ErrorString(FSOUND_GetError()), -1, ws, 256); // ร‰s lo mateix que C2T(..,..)
while (*fname++);
return 1;
}

FSOUND_Stream_Close(oldstream);
(...)

}
[/code:23y3di9o]

for playing…
[code:23y3di9o]
void pomod_Play ()
{
(...)
Sys.channel=FSOUND_Stream_Play(FSOUND_FREE, stream);
(...)
}
[/code:23y3di9o]
