when i use
FSOUND_Init( 44100, 48, FSOUND_INIT_GLOBALFOCUS);
stream= FSOUND_Stream_Open( (LPSTR)(LPCTSTR)PlayList.GetAt(ListPos) ,FSOUND_NORMAL | FSOUND_LOOP_OFF | FSOUND_2D | FSOUND_MPEGACCURATE|FSOUND_MPEGHALFRATE
to play mp3 file,i found it will use almost 10000K memory on VC 6++(Windows XP ),
so i want to know how can i use least memory to load mp3 file
on EVC4 (Windows CE).

hi, I have try to use FSOUND_GetMemoryStats with your way to get the memory used,but i have found the number i catch was 56430 load
FSOUND_Stream_Open before and 295937 after load it.so i want to know whether or not the number is count by byte.i used 3.73 for Windows fmod system(windows XP)
it just a test to use FSOUND_GetMemoryStats ,in my opinion ,if i can use it with windows xp,i can use it on WCE4,although it have different dll verison.
