Hellow, i am a begginner openGL programmer, and i would like to use fmod in my demos. The problem is i dont know the way.I tried to use the code from the simplest tutorial but it doesn’t seem to work. Where should i initialise the fmod and where should i play the sounds?

Ok, i tried that. I enter the following in the int WINAPI WinMain ( i assumed this is my main() ):
/* fmod support*/
FMUSIC_MODULE *mod;

mod = FMUSIC_LoadSong(“Data/looney.midi”);
FMUSIC_PlaySong(mod);
FMUSIC_FreeSong(mod);
FSOUND_Close();

but i get 5 errors:
Lesson1.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _FSOUND_Close@0
Lesson1.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _FMUSIC_FreeSong@4
Lesson1.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _FMUSIC_PlaySong@4
Lesson1.obj : error LNK2001: unresolved external symbol _FMUSIC_LoadSong@4
Debug/lesson1.exe : fatal error LNK1120: 4 unresolved externals
Error executing link.exe.

What am i doing wrong???

You forget to link your object code with the appropriate .lib, add it to your workspace setting (fmodvc.lib for visual C++ for example).
