Whether worked DirectX FX (horus, EQ, reverberation) and 3D functions (FSOUND_Reverb_SetProperties (), FSOUND_3D_SetAttributes ()) simultaneously?

Situation:
FSOUND_Init (44100,8, FSOUND_INIT_ENABLESYSTEMCHANNELFX+FSOUN D_INIT_GLOBALFOCUS)
samp1: = FSOUND_Sample_Alloc (FSOUND_FREE, RECORDLEN, FSOUND_16BITS+FSOUND_HW3D, 44100, 255, 128, 255)
Here work 3D functions, DirectX FX (horus, EQ, reverberation) do not working.

How to make, so that worked 3D functions and DirectX FX? 😥

What buffer will be enough for processing 2 channels simultaneously with DirectX FX and 3D functions?
FSOUND_SetBufferSize (100) or FSOUND_SetBufferSize (200)?
Time in my task is very critical.
