when I try to set looppoints, most of the time they don’t work. and if they do work, and I change them, they won’t work anymore.
Am I doing anything wrong?

well, basically i do this:
FSOUND_Init(MIXRATE, NUM_SOURCES, 0)
FSOUND_Sample_Load(buffer, (char*)memlocation, FSOUND_LOADMEMORY, size)
FSOUND_PlaySound(FSOUND_FREE, m_sources[id])
FSOUND_SetLoopMode(m_channels[id], FSOUND_LOOP_NORMAL)
FSOUND_Sample_SetLoopPoints(m_sources[id], loopstart, loopend)
FSOUND_3D_Update()

and i’ve got all my samples in softwaremode.

btw, what is the difference between SOUND_Sample_SetLoopMode and FSOUND_SetLoopMode?
