My first post here, so hello to all users.

I’m in the middle of some C++ game programming when I will start to add sounds. I’m very tempted to use FMOD that simply looks so simple and sexy.
Haven’t tried it yet but already say a big thanks to all the programmers who worked on this project.
Very nice comprehensive documentation.

yeah, i agree. i’ve never mentioned it before but FMOD is a great API. It has made my 3rd year University project a lot easier then DirectX and stuff like that. Robust, flexible and lots of functionality. And above all else, great documentation.

though i still haven’t got the hang of sample lock/unlock… :)
