In our application we are trying to mute a particular channel using FMOD_SetMute. The problem we are seeing is that we mute the channel, but the audio sample plays until completion then it mutes. We are currently using FSOUND_Stream_PlayEx and we use the FSOUND_FREE flag to auto-pick an available channel. What could we do to make sure that sounds are muted the moment FMOD_SetMute is called? All and any help is much appreciated.
