I’m attempting to compile FMOD from source using Xcode 2.1. Has anyone done this? I’m still fighting Xcode’s idea of search paths (which is far different from CodeWarrior’s). A .xcodeproj “file” would be great.

Alternately, how do I at least use the .a I compile from CodeWarrior? Xcode gives

/usr/bin/ld: table of contents for archive: /Volumes/two/GameHouse/Solitaire4/../mac/fmodapi3741mac/api/lib/libfmod.a is out of date; rerun ranlib(1) (can’t load from it)

(I didn’t use ranlib since I made this with CodeWarrior 9.5.)

I finally did set up an Xcode project to build FMOD — the tricky setting was

HEADER_SEARCH_PATHS = “${SRCROOT}/ogg_vorbis/ogg/include/** ${SRCROOT}/ogg_vorbis/vorbis/include/**”

(CodeWarrior makes this so much easier).
