My question is: how can I calculate time, which it will take for one row to play (it depends on BPM and Tempo). I use following formula:

But it works wrong, it results in a bit more time than excepted.

Maybe, there is a 100% right formula?

No, I meant that each row has some delay depending on BPM and Tempo. I need to calculate this delay. About effects, I analyze them before calculating delay (it seem right, at least in trackers I have). So all I need is just a formula >_<
