Subject pretty much says it all. I was wondering if there was a design reason for this or not? For example:

[code:1uovog9w]EventSystem_Create(&Fmod_event_system);
Fmod_event_system->init(32, FM_FLAGS, 0);
Fmod_event_system->getSystemObject(&Fmod_system);
Fmod_system->setFileSystem(...);

// more stuff...

Fmod_event_system->load("some file");[/code:1uovog9w]

“some file” doesn’t go through the callback system. It would be nice if it did. Thanks, guys.

Any news on this one? I’m experiencing the same problem in FMOD EX 4.02.03

This was fixed months ago, are you sure you’re using the latest dll? I just combined the filecallbacks example with the simple_event example and the callbacks were called for the .fev and all .fsb’s.

Cheers,

I tried your approach and it worked out. Went back to my project and tried it out again, it did not work. It struck me that it might have something to do with the fmod_event_net.dll, so i removed any references to the NetEventSystem and linked with fmod_event.lib instead and it worked out flawlessly.

So it seems like the bug still exist in fmod_event_net.lib.
