Hi brett,

Just a little question. We use few VST Plugin in our application by using your VST Hosting plugin integration (FMOD_DSP_TYPE_VSTPLUGIN).

But, with some VST, like the Coyote Free WahWah (http://www.coyotes.bc.ca/Wah.html), we have some artifacts when we change the parameter (DSP::setParameter). In our application, but in your DSPPluginViewer Bin demo file too.

The author of the VST say : “[i:2monyuy8]I found the cause of the problem: DspPluginViewer calls Process/ProcessReplacing without ever calling Resume(). This is illegal for a VST host to do (according to no less than Charlie Steinberg!). I’m surprised that other plugins don’t have a similar problem.[/i:2monyuy8]”

What do you think about that ?

Thank’s a lot.

Yes it looks like resume() wasn’t being called properly during initialisation of the VST, this has now be fixed and will be in the next release.
