First ,sorry for my poor english,
there was a strange problem,when I use createSound to load a sound( in ogg format ,and the sound only about 20k when I decode it into PCM WAV),but the FMOD tooks about 200k to load this small sound, coz my APP need load lot of small ogg samples like this( about 9xx samples ),It used 200M memory,but if i decode this ogg into PCM WAV first and let FMOD load decoded WAV from memory ,everything ok, 20M memory used..
any one have this problem too?

I have write code to load a ogg 1000 time,and load load same decoded wav file 1000 time (all load from memory)
the result is 200M : 20M

Are you sure that the OGG’s native format is the same as the format of the WAV?
