Still having the same problem, here’s my post from the last version:

Specifically, I’m seeing it with the wave banks set to “Load into memory” and “PCM” compression. I have this problem both in-game and in the FMOD Event Player.
Edit: Problem found. PCM and IMAADPCM compression don’t work with mono samples (tested with 44100hz 16bit samples).
