Hello,

I’m trying to play a wav file using FmodCE but the FSOUND_Init function doesn’t work.
It returns an error : the driver can’t be found (FSOUND_GetNumDrivers() return 0 and FSOUND_Init return “Error initializing output device”)

I’m using the FSOUND_OUTPUT_WINMM (which is autodetected by FMOD)

I’m using an Ipaq 3630, WinCE 3.0, Visual Embedded 3.0…
FSOUND_SetMixer(FSOUND_MIXER_AUTODETECT);
FSOUND_SetOutput(-1);

for(int i=0;i<FSOUND_GetNumDrivers();i++) {
//affichage de FSOUND_GetDriverName (i);
};

while(!FSOUND_Init(22050, 32, FSOUND_INIT_GLOBALFOCUS) && retrycount < 20){
Sleep(10);
retrycount++;
}

if (retrycount == 20){
MultiByteToWideChar(CP_ACP, 0, FMOD_ErrorString(FSOUND_GetError()), -1, ws, 256);
MessageBoxW(hWnd, ws, L”FMOD ERROR”, MB_OK);
}
else{
// cas OK
};

Is FmodCe work with wince 3.0? did I forget to do something ?

Thank you in advance.
Yoppy.
