Hi there ..

how can I extract ID3Tags with Delphi? There are no samples and I am getting quiet confused.

There are two functions:
FMOD_Sound_GetNumTags
FMOD_Sound_GetTag

.. but how do I use them correctly?

Here is my code (example) .. MP3 sound is playing ..

[code:3dc0fksw]
procedure TForm1.Button2Click(Sender: TObject);
var
tag : FMOD_TAG;
NumTags, NumTagsUpdated : Integer;
I : Integer;
begin
If IsPlaying then begin
FMOD_Sound_GetNumTags (Sound, NumTags, NumTagsUpdated);
for I:=0 to NumTags-1 Do begin
FMOD_Sound_GetTag (Sound, ”, I, Tag);
// The following line should display the name and the data within the tag ..
Memo1.Lines.Add(StrPas(Tag.name)+Tag.data????);
end;
end;
end;
[/code:3dc0fksw]

Thanks for your help!! ๐Ÿ˜†

Hi cmstein,

thanks for your post .. I think my question was a bit misleading ..

It should have been:

How can I extract ID3Tags with Delphi [u:23ja2dkp][b:23ja2dkp]using FMOD[/b:23ja2dkp][/u:23ja2dkp]? ๐Ÿ˜›

:roll:
