I’m having the following problem when using EventGroup::freeEventData():

I release the events (and the wave banks) of an event group with freeEventData(). Then later I load an event of that group again. Now if the wave bank that the event needs is of type ‘Stream from disk’, nothing can be heard when the event is started again. (Tried to debug my code and noticed that the .fsb file will never get opened again.)

Another question about the Designer API:

Is it (or will it be) possible to add DSP effects programmatically to the events? For example, if we would like to have reverb for the sounds are played inside a tunnel.

I think the current solution would be to add a ‘reverb’ effect (and a parameter that controls it) to all our events with the Designer tool. And that sounds very complicated if the number of events is high.

Would it be possible to get access to the channels that the event is using?
