Is it possible to have a sound spawned with random spatial coordnates? (similar to spawning with pitch or volume variation)

This would be very useful in building some ambient environments.

I can see some designer specified parameters:
min distance
max distance

I imagine this to be in listener space.

It would be cool to have random velocities too (moving random sounds). Would take some state and update though.

Is it possible to have a DSP parameter randomized (within bounds) per sound spawn? This would be another good feature for our designers to play with since they could produce more dimensions of slight variation of sound automaticly.

The designer wants a sound to appear to come from a random (or somewhat controlled random) direction wrt the player when an event is triggered.
