hey i have been having troubles getting the 3d sound to work. when i change the listener position everything is good. but when i change an events position it stops playing.

m_pEventsystem->set3DListenerAttributes(0,&position,&velocity,&forward,&up);

event->set3DAttributes(&different_position,&different_velocity);

i have also been looking for information regarding the RPM engine tool. how do you implement this feature? how do you link an event to an outside variable like speed?

good call. i was able to track down with getchannelsplaying that my call to getevent to change its 3d parameters was being called after i played the sound. therefore the sound never resumed. thanks for your help
