Do we need a QT liscense to rebuild the fmod_designercl.exe?

fmod_designercl.exe does use Qt even though it’s not a gui program. Our Qt license forbids us to redistribute any Qt source code, including headers. There is an Open Source version of Qt available which it might be possible to use but you’ll have to judge for yourself whether the Qt Open Source Licensing model is applicable to your situation. If not then you’ll have to buy a Qt license.

Unfortunately it’s not. I’ve asked their department about that, and they’ve said commercial site should use the commercial version.
