Can I rely that encoding of getDriverName is current Windows ANSI codepage and that it can be converted by MultiByteToWideChar(CP_ACP, …) ? Is there any unicode getDriverName version?

Unspecified encoding and non-latin characters in driver name lead to corrupted UTF-8 output –
"��������� �������� �������"
instead
"Первичный звуковой драйвер"
