hello…

can anyone give me an example (in delphi or c#) how to do this:

[code:2xfo7v9h]load a mp3 with open_only
decode 10 seconds to memory buffer 1
decode next 10 seconds to memory buffer 2
create a stream with 2 subsounds and in loop
add the 2 buffers as subsamples
play the subsamples stream
when subsample1 is played, decode next 10 to buffer 1
when subsample2 is played, decode next 10 to buffer 1
repeat until the mp3 was completly played[/code:2xfo7v9h]

it is similar to the "realtimestitching" example but instead of loading a list of samples, on mp3 is decoded "on the fly" and played.

kind regards

volkmar

Why not just use a stream?

i want to sync two soundcards to get 6 syncronized audiochannels. decoding the mp3 manually, i think that i get more flexibility.
