If I use XPhysicalAlloc to allocate memory on the Xbox that I later pass to Memory_Initialize, do I need to call XPhysicalFree to free it or will it be freed safely using EventSystem::release? If I must use use XPhysicalFree, is there a way to get the pointer to the memory back from FMOD or do I have to carry it around after calling XPhysicalAlloc?

It’s your memory so you need to stash the pointer and free it when you’re finished letting FMOD use it.
