Hi.
Im stuck with a problem with having to play an event (or just a sound) with different play offsets. The ending of the sound has to exactly match a gameevent and shuld be stopped and started with various times to the gameevent.
I saw the play offset mentioned in an earlier thread, but didn’t really find my anwser there.
I would prefer to attach the play offset to a game parameter, but dont think thats possible.

Any ideas on how to get around this?

we can probably add it as an effect. so that depending on the parameter you can change it, but what units would you want the offset specified in? Milliseconds? Is that accurate enough?

Sounds great.
Ms is fine – for right now i need offset range between 0-15000ms but that would be relative to the parameter range i guess?

Will it automatically do a short (ms) fade-in or a snap to zero function, to avoid clicking, if hitting a non-zero value sample?

Anyway – great that you prioritize to make it. Think more than me would appreciate.
