Hi,

a nice feature when Key Off:ing the Sustain Port would be to force the sustained loop to play to it’s end before jumping to whatever’s next – to avoid clicks and pops. Like "WHEN KEYOFF PLAY LOOP UNTIL END" or something like that…

Perhaps this could be implemented as a second sustain point type that automatically keys off at loop end?

The event would have a normal sustain point and then a loop end sustain point immediately after. The game would key off the parameter, which then pauses at the loop end sustain point, waiting to automatically key off when the loop ends.

indeed, no need to remove the "immediate" sustain release. Useful.

If you’re talking about sound definitions that loop, you can already do this. Just right click on the sound definition, and change loop mode to loop and play to end instead of loop and cutoff.
