What can cause EventSystem::update to not succeed? I hear audio playing and get no other errors. It does sound like it is not updating though. The documentation is very terse on this function.

There has to be a reason outside of update that is causing your problem, you havent really given me enough information to give any advice. Update always succeeds that I can think of.

The message it returns says I passed it an invalid parameter. EventSystem::update takes no parameters. Could it be talking about the Event’s this pointer? We check results returned by all FMOD functions we call and none of them are giving error responses. The error response only happens on PC, not Xbox. However, I do not hear distance attenuation on the Xbox, as I should if I was calling EventSystem::update. Yes, we are call set3DAttributes on the events.
Thanks.

Give the latest v39 buid a go, there was a loading error on pc which produced an invalid param error, usually in event start etc though, it is probably related.
