Hi.
Is there a way to manipulate the hardware-volume? All FMOD-functions I found are only about the software-volume. Meaning, with FMOD-functions I can set the volume only as loud as it is set by the WIndows-tools.
Do I overlook someting here?

It is not fmod’s job to control the speaker levels in the control panel, that is up to the user before they run the application.

I found a sample that might interest you here:

It’s written in .NET and allows you read/write values in the Windows Mixer controls as found in the Control Panel.

I plan on using snippets of this code for an auto-calibration technique.
