I haven’t seen much talk about SF2 recently, but I see it being talked about from more than a year ago. Can you tell me anything about your plans for SF2 support? Is it any closer than it was a year ago?

There’s a thread about sf2 on the very first page.
We arent doing sf2 support until we get ‘spare time’ which at the moment isnt very common here. It is fairly low on the priority list so no, its not closer than before right now.

Right, the only other recent thread about SF2 (presumably the one on the first page you are referring to) is my own, and there wasn’t any talk about plans for when SF2 will be supported. So some, but not much recent talk. But this is helpful info. I guess I shouldn’t plan on any imminent SF2 support. I guess I’ll just use FMOD for OGG, MP3 and MOD support for Scrolling Game Development Kit 2 ([url:1l4mlsu4]http://sgdk2.sf.net/[/url:1l4mlsu4] — page not formalized yet). That’s pretty decent for 279 KB. I’ve always trusted MOD more than MIDI anyway. (Of course MIDI files will work, but I may not put any in the sample/demo libraries if they will play at such poor quality.) Thanks for the info and for a great library.
