I am trying to write an application for a Windows Mobile device. The API seems simple enough to use but when I run the code, I get the error: Can’t find PInvoke DLL ‘fmodex.dll’.

I found the DLL in the csharp examples located in the bin\debug folder so i too copied that file into my bin\debug, cleaned the solution and rebuilt it, no change.

To check myself, I create d a windows PC app with the same code and I got the same error until I copied the fmodex.dll into the bin\debug folder, then the code worked great.

Do I have to do something different in WM .NET Compactr Framework, or does this API not work in this environment?
