I use ChannelGroup to adjust my ingame sounds, divided into speech, music, environment and sound. when i create 3d sounds with FMOD_3D and FMOD_HARDWARE and use a 5.1 soundcard the function ChannelGroup::setVolume() doesn’t work. if i use a two speaker system it works.

p.s.: you can test this with an example from the fmod library. use the "channelgroup" example and add FMOD_3D and FMOD_HARDWARE to the System::createSound() functions. On processing the keyboard intput remove overwriteMute() and insert setVolume() once per press with 0.2 and 1.0.

Actually your example works fine here, what version of fmod are you using?
