With our current game build, one of our computers is getting an Access Violation inside "FMOD_System_Update". This isn’t happening on my system, which seems odd.

Is there a way to get any debug messages or is there a log of any sort to give us any info as to how/why this is happening?

Thanks,
Matt

If it works on one system and not another I’d be inclined to reboot the offending system and make sure it has the latest drivers and that they’re working with other applications first. Your problem might disappear.

If you really need to see debug spew use fmodexL.dll – it logs info to fmod.log.

Are you happening to call System::update from different threads than other fmod commands?

Thanks for the info — turned on logging.

The system is ok now, you guys were probably right — I think on that system they fmodex.dll(fmodexL.dll) wasn’t placed in the c:\windows\system32 directory.
