Hi,

I’m a bit of a noob when it comes to what parameters mean when controlling something such as reverb. What I’m suggesting here may not be possible, but I thought I’d check. My programming mind says there must be a way to smoothly fade in the reverb settings you see in FMOD::System::setReverbProperties. So as I walk into a cave, the reverb settings blend in (using a lerp based on distance). I can’t seem to find a parameter that would control such a thing. I’ve noted the concept of wet/dry ratio in reverb, that is what I’m after, a mixer settings where you can gradually turn reverb off. In the FMOD Ex documention on Event::setReverbProperties I saw "..including things like wet/dry mix (room size), and..", but I can’t find a single parameter controlling this. Is there a way to do what I’m suggesting?

Quick answer is use the "Room" parameter in FMOD_REVERB_CHANNELPROPERTIES.
