I need some advice on streams with the EventSystem. I have read several times in the forum lately that if we want to stream the same audio resource multiple times simultaneously that we should "just create another stream." This to me seems pretty inconvenient if one is using the EventSystem, so I must be missing something.
I can catch the SOUNDDEF_CREATE with the EVENT_CALLBACK and call System::createStream passing it the Sound that the EventSystem is passing to the callback. But that would mean that any streaming Event that played more than once would have to have a programmer sound. More problematic, how am I supposed to know if the Sound was intended to be streamed by our sound designer or not?
Please tell me I am missing something and there is a better way.

Remember this is a forum for the low level API as well.
You dont do anything. Just increase max playbacks for the event. There is a limit on wavebanks how many times it can be streamed, if that is not high enough, just increase that but it is already defaulting to 32 so you wont need to .
