Hi.

I have just started to use FMod(with C++) and have some problems with it.I have made a class and made some functions in it to made loading/playing files easier(like ClassName::LoadMP3(“whatever.mp3”);)
Now I have loaded a lot of files using ‘my’ LoadMP3 function…but I do not know how to change the for the specificied file(for example i have loaded whatever.mp3,nothing.mp3,everything.mp3,something.midi and I want to change the volume JUST for whatever.mp3 to 100).How do I do that?
Thanks!

Umm, can you explain a bit more, please?
I want to have something like this:

MyClass file;
file.Open(“something.mp3”);
file.Open(“other.mp3”);
file.SetVolume(“other.mp3”, 100);

….
How to do it? Do you have any example maybe(I am using C/C++)… And another question, when I free memory with FMUSIC_FreeSong(…) the music still plays…Is this a bad thing or something? Do I must stop the file before I free memory?

Thanks!

I still don’t understand it….
Look…I am playing two files(lets say “something.mp3” and “other.mp3”) at the SAME time…Now I want to change the volume(on the fly ofcourse) JUST for “other.mp3” to 100.How do I do that? I want it to look in my wrapper like

file.SetVolume(“other.mp3”, 100);

So, can you help me? And what can I do if i want to free memory JUST for “other.mp3” and not for “something.mp3”.

THANKS!

You can download my code here to better understand my problem:
http://users.volja.net/mitjal/MyClass.zip

So, i play two files:
SOUND.playBigFile(“something.mp3”);
SOUND.playBigFile(“other.mp3”);

Now can you help me to make a function to do something like:

SOUND.setVolume(“other.mp3”, 100);
SOUND.setVolume(“something.mp3”, 255);

Please?
Thanks.
