Are there any efficiency/performance differences between fmod_event_net and fmod_event when NOT connected to Designer? I would expect some cost when the game is connected to Designer but I am wondering about when it is NOT connected. I am trying to figure out if we need a separate development executable for our audio designer.

Should be virtually no performance hit if you’re not connected.

The Designer documentation says that to use the netork feature of FMOD Event you need to link against fmod_event_net INSTEAD of fmod_event. Don’t you need to link both? I get linking errors without linking fmod_event.

I am trying to connect to my Xbox 360 but Designer puts up a message saying I have a version mismatch. What version of what? I have latest of everything. Designer, FMOD Ex, and the event system all have different versions. If this is the version mismatch it has to be fixed on the FMOD side, no?
