So far I’ve achieved taking in input from the microphone, encoding with speex, sending it over the network, decoding it with Speex, and playing it back after reassembling the entire sound file.
What about real-time playback? I’m looking for something from FMOD to help me along. Is there anyway to keep adding bits of data to a Sound as I get them from the network whilst playing the Sound in realtime? Do I have to use a stream for this or will a normal sound suffice?
