FMOD gives a strange error while trying to stream this WMA stream:
mms://mms-cluster2.nextra.no/P4_Norge?W … rate=52000

Windows media player can play it and reports it as:
Windows Media Audio 9
22 kbps, 22 kHz, stereo 1-pass CBR

This is the message FMOD gave me:
"An error occured that wasn’t supposed to. Contact support."
