Hi,
I’m quite new to fmodex and am using the latest stable release. I am working on a game that is based on music and therefore requires very good synchronization between different channels.

Is there a possibility to sync to channels or sounds sample accurate?
If I just start the sounds in paused mode and then unpause them there is an audible delay between the two sounds. And to make things worse this delay is different on every program run.

ok, using FMOD_SOFTWARE solved my problems. Not sure if it’s sample accurate, but close enough for my application.
Can you comment on the sample accuracy?

for starting sounds at the same time, yes you can make that sample accurate using FMOD_SOFTWARE.

If you use System::lockDSP/unlockDSP you can guarantee it.
