I want to be able to get GLScene objects to react to wave file audio

Does anyone know of any really simple examples of using GLscene and
Fmod to get me started. I’ve tried various demos that have 2D
spectrum analysers although my knowledge of Delphi is too skimpy to apply to anything in GLScene.

I’m new to GLscene and Delphi, I usually write this sort of thing in Lingo
although Director is just too slow for the application I’m trying to write.

I’ve got to the frustration stage with this (hence this message) so any help
is greatly appreciated.

Check out the Delphi testbed. In particular, the MiniSpectrum class. It uses the DSP to get the get the current spectrum and produces a spectrum analyser from it. That should lead you in the right direction.
