The description of the "Just fail if quietest" option in the max playbacks behavior states:

"If an event is calculated to be the quietest
voice, it will not steal any other instance and
will fail to be instantiated."

If we’re using this setting and a new event instance is not the quietest, how does it decide which existing event instance to steal? I assume it takes the quietest one?

Thanks,
Ryan.

Yes, that’s correct, it steals the quietest one.
