I’m wondering why the Australian Secret Intelligence Organisation needs a driver. Oh, different ASIO. My bad. 😀

What is ASIO (in regards to sound)? I’ve never heard of it before.

Well, anyway, it was just a suggestion, for my next project i wrote own native asio support.

And about buffersize, yes, u should use asio_preferred_blocks_size. That’s controlled by ASIOControlPanel() driver’s settings implemtation.

I decided finally do this myself cos i want full access of multi in/outputs and handle other internal stuff.

Ah, so you have a creative card… that must be why FMod is the only audio library on the planet that doesn’t skip forward 1-2 seconds randomly during playback. Ah yes, the joy of nonsynchronous input and output clocks.

Hi,

Just wanted to note that Creative’s Live! & Live! 5.1 also support ASIO.

Not with the original drivers (of Creative ofcourse) but with the [url=http://www.kxproject.com:171hrpvt]KX Drivers[/url:171hrpvt].

You guys should really check them out…
