Long time ago, I’ve ported the FMOD Ex / FMOD Designer examples to Java. I’ve just made them available online.
So, for those interested, here is the link of the page that bring together all the examples : [url:2mmuy0no]http://jerome.jouvie.free.fr/Fmod/Tutorials.php[/url:2mmuy0no].

The examples can be executed outside the browser (ie like ‘classic’ application) and inside the browse (ie in an applet embed in web page).
They are all working under windows/mac/linux platforms (even dsppluginviewer, geometry…).

If you have java installed on your computer, just click on the links and the application will be automatically downloaded and executed (may takes a few time during the first execution).

If you have any troubles or any feedback to send me, don’t hesitate 😀

first of all your work is excellent!

anyways, are there any source code available for the examples? I could only find the runnable examples and that doesnt really help very much.

I’ve been looking at the examples in CPP but I have quite a hard time getting the grip on how to handle the engine in java compared to CPP.

The source of all the examples are located in the Sdk archive :
/[i:26feyn0e]NativeFmodEx Sdk/Src/Examples/NativeFmodEx-Examples-src.jar[/i:26feyn0e]
[i:26feyn0e]/NativeFmodEx Sdk/Src/Examples/NativeFmodDesgner-Examples-src.jar[/i:26feyn0e]

Extract these files and you will have all the java sources of the examples !
