I was just wondering if there was some etiquette regarding feature requests.

Like everyone I of course have an opinion on how to impove this already impressive program and would like to force that opinion upon you. 😀

I found a page on the wiki titled FMOD Designer 2 Feature requests and I was wondering if I should use that one (since the designer is up to v4), or just post on the forum. Which would be prefered by the dev team, which one would get more attention.

Personally I’m all for wikis.

Also just to clear some confusion, FMOD Designer 2 is what we are internally calling the next major version of Designer. Some time after this labeling we actually changed the Designer version numbering system to match the version of the FMOD API it is compiled against, e.g. Designer v4.13.03 uses FMODEx 4.13.03 internally.

So posting ideas for the next major installment of Designer in the Designer 2 section of the Wiki is also a good option.

EVE has always been FMOD, I’ve just never used the designer.

Most people generally add their feature requests to the forum thread. I’ll generally compile these requests and add them to the wiki….so take your pick!
