Got a quick question about loading & playing music.

Is it possible to load several streams & sounds at once & then play them one at a time (possibly in a different order or play a couple sounds/streams, load a few more & play again)?

Yes (Oh do you mean web streams?)

No just ‘normal’ streams (eg: mp3 files on the computer).

Next quick question:
I’ve got my program set up such that the system, result & sound variables are static global variables for the music.cpp file. Now when you load a music/sound file, you use the sound variable. Because (in my case), the sound variable is a static global, can I still load up multiple sound/music files?

If it’s a static global then you’ll be continually overwriting the same variable every time you call createSound(). The only way it will work is if you release() the sound before you call createSound() again.
