version 4.14.04 ,4.12.12, 4.14.03 do have the memory problem

every time it leaks 200k :(

You should have no problems with any of those versions, the recent memory leak fix for WMA (fixed in the versions you mention) was only a few hundred bytes. Please make sure you are calling release on the sounds you create with FMOD before closing your application.

i do have release sound

when load mp3 files,it works ok and no memory leak
but when load wma files, it doesn’t

and always when openstate change from BUFFERING to READY
it leaks 200k memory

Ah now I see, it didn’t notice any memory leak with a conventional CRT leak check since the leak was from a COM object interface. I will get this fix into all our branches for our next release.
