I’m using an older version of FMOD (4.6.1). I’ve been using 3D sound with no problem for some time. I’ve been using the default (logarithmic) rolloff, and just tried using linear rolloff for the first time. When I enable linear rolloff on a channel, my calls to System::update() begin returning FMOD_ERR_INVALID_PARAM.

Anyone have any suggestions of what the cause might be? Is there some other state I need to enable for the linear rolloff to work?

Thanks.

I’m using linear rool off. I’m using these flags for the createSound/Stream

FMOD_LOOP_OFF | FMOD_3D | FMOD_SOFTWARE | FMOD_3D_LINEARROLLOFF
