Hi there,

I’m currently having issues getting the PSP tab to appear in the platform selector in Designer.

I’ve read the documentation which says that Designer will either detect the installed SDK for your platform. Or alternatively you can install the programmers API after installing Designer first.

Even though I’ve check that we’ve done both I still can’t see the PSP platform tab. Do you have any ideas?

Thanks

Derek

If you’re not already, try installing to the default directories (as specified by the installer).

General tips:

  • You need to install the SDK first, then Designer.
  • Designer will look for a file called encvag.dll in the designer directory
to create the ‘target platform’ list. This encvag.dll will come with the
    PSP SDK.

I hope this helps.

cheers,
Templar

Hi,

Thanks for the response, we followed the install order, but no luck as the platform tab was still unavailable.

In order to make it work we copied the DLL into the directory where the designer exe was found.

Regards,

Derek
