I’m working on a roadmap for the upcoming features. One of the requests from clients has been the number of outputs, and the current maximum in setSpeakerLevels being 16 (or 8 stereo pairs) is starting to be a limitation. Some professional sound cards/interfaces currently support up to 96 outputs. I know this is not probably an issue for most FMOD users, but is there any reason why the maximum is 16 and not more? Is there similar limitation also in ASIO and CoreAudio?

Its mainly to stop the stack blowing out on some of our 2d arrays and the exponential memory usage it would incur, it is not practical for 99% of usage so it is easier for us to keep it limited like this.
